Return and Exchange Policy

iHomewholesale.com guarantees your satisfaction with the merchandise you purchase from us. If you not satisfy with your purchase, please follow the guaidline below to return the products.
- Return Requirements
- All return merchandise require RMA number.
- All RMA number must requests by email within 7 days of delivery
Request RMA number after 7-days period will subject to charge 15% restocking fee.
- You must return the merchandise within 30 days of the delivery.
- Returned merchandise must be in unused condition.
- Shipping and handling fee are not refundable.
- Returned merchandise without RMA number will subject to charge 15% restocking fee.
- How do I return my product?
Please read the return requiements. Send email to us to request a RMA number. Write down the RMA on outside of the box and send it back within 30-days. Clearance products are not returnable. Please include the product’s item number and your order number to expedite the return process.
- Exchange
We will glad to exchange your order for any other item of equal or less value providing you pay for the shipping. Please contact us for teh exchange number.
- Defective Products
We will refund or exchange of any our products if it found to be defective. Refund or exchange is only for the products that have not be used. We will not refund the shipping and handling cost if the product is not defective.
- If you received the wrong product
Please contact us as soon as possible.
- Use Items
We cannot refund or exchange any used items.
- No refunds or exchange after 30 days.
- Refused or undeliverable package
The shipping fee for all refuse or undelivered shipments will not be refunded and additional 15% charge for the restocking fee.
We do not refund or exchange any used or modify items. We do not accept any returns without RMA number. We are not response the shipping cost for return merchandise unless the it is defective.
