1. Where is my order?
Your order is in one of six stages:
  1. Order Received: We recevied your order.
  2. Processing: Your purchase has been received at ihomewholesale.com and is in the process of shipping. See the product page for the item(s) you ordered to determine the shipment timeframe.
  3. Pending: Your order is on hold. Additional information regarding this has been sent to the email address of the pruchaser.
  4. Backordered: Your order is in backordered.
  5. Partial shipped: Some of your item is not available. All the available items has been shipped to you. Unavailable items is in backorder.
  6. Shipped: Your item has been shipped. Additional tracking information is available for most items that have shipped.
  7. Cancelled: This order has been cancelled. Additional information regarding this cancellation has been sent to the email address of the purchaser.
2. Can I track my order?
For orders where carrier tracking is available:
  1. You will receive an email with tracking number when you request it. Use this tracking number on UPS, FedEx, or USPS website to track your package.
  2. Click on the "order tracking" at the top of the page. Use your order number and zipcode to find your order.
3. When will my backorder arrive?
We will ship your back order as soon as we could. Your back order will be remain in the order queue until you have cancel it.

4. Can I cancel my order?
We will make every effort to stop the processing of your order if it has not shipped. Please email us at order@ihomewholesale.com cancel your unshipped order.

5. Why was my order cancelled?
You may receive a cancellation notice for one of the following reasons:
  1. Mis-keyed Information: An order cancellation may occur if any of the following information was mis-keyed.
    • Incorrect credit card information (must be entered exactly as it is on your credit card billing statements)
    • Incorrect billing information
    • The credit card number originally entered on your order is no longer valid. Invalid city, state, zip code combination.
    • Shipping to PO boxes, APO (military) boxes or FPO (foreign) boxes.

  2. Declined Credit Card: When you place an order, ihomewholesale.com , power by paypal, electronically requests an approval from your credit card company in an attempt to authorize your purchase. If your credit card company declines the authorization, your order will be cancelled.

    A declined authorization may occur for one of the following reasons:
    • You have exceeded the limit on your credit card
    • You have exceeded a daily purchase limit set by your bank
    • Your bank needs to verify additional information with you for security purposes

    Please contact your banking institution directly for more information about the decline. Verify the credit card number and expiration date used on your order was keyed correctly.

  3. Out of inventory. In the event there is not enough inventory of an item to complete your order (or if an item is no longer available), you will receive an email prior to the cancellation to notify you that the item is out of stock.
    Once an order is cancelled in our system, we are unable to reinstate it. Please verify that the information you provided is correct and update where necessary, then place a new order.
  4. Backorder Over 30-days.
